Shipping
Cranberry Cranium currently only ships to residents of the U.S.A. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground. The shipping rate is $6 for all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for shipping. Larger items such as skateboards and accessories are likely to ship in separate packages.
Taxes
Sales tax is required by law for e-commerce in the state of Texas and the United States. The tax rate will be calculated at checkout.
Cancellation
All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. Use the ‘Contact Us’ page if you have any concerns or issues with your shopping experience. For returns, refer to the “Return Policy” section.
Return Policy
We will exchange an item if and only if the item is shipped back to Cranberry Cranium within 7 days after shipment arrival. Using the ‘Contact Us’ page, describe the issue with the product and we will modify the item or exchange it for an item of equal value. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refer to the 'Returns and Shipping Tab' for more information.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.
